What does good scouting game need?

Some passive spoting, much more active spoting, some keeping big enemy tanks tracked for ally bigger guns, with a lot of personal damage with pew-pew gun and, of course, good old Malinovka...:)

Text book scouting really with solid 1400+ base exp at the end...
